| الوصف: | 弁護士のストレスをテーマとした学術研究は日本では皆無であり、海外においてもほとんど研究の蓄積がない。本論文の目的は、日本の弁護士のストレス要因についての概念を抽出することである。16人(男性6人，女性10人)の弁護士に半構造化インタビューを行った。その結果，「依頼人との関係」、「長時間労働」、「組織内の関係」、「経済状況」などの概念が抽出された。 There is no academic research on the stress of lawyers in Japan, and few abroad. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the stress factors of Japanese lawyers. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 16 lawyers (6 male, 10 female). As a result, several concepts such as "relationship with clients", "long working hours", "relationships in the workplace", and "financial instabilities" were extracted. 論説(Article) |
