| الوصف: | 旧国立療養所型病院重症心身障害児病棟が直面する現状と課題についての検討を目的として、ある旧国立療養所型病院における入所者の年齢および在院年数と、障害状況評価スコアとの相関分析を行った。結果、入所者の年齢が高いほど超重症児スコアは低く、入所者の年齢が低いほど超重症児スコアが高い、そして、入所者の在院年数が長いほど超重症児スコアは低く、入所者の在院年数が短いほど超重症児スコアが高いという傾向が見出された。独立行政法人国立病院機構の「旧療養所型病院の活性化方策に関する検討会」では、入所者の「高齢化・重症化」がキーワードとなっていた。得られた結果からは、若年層の重症化および高齢に伴う重症化の傾向が見いだされた。濃厚な医療を要する超重症児は益々増加する一方で、旧国立療養所型病院のほとんどが常に満床状態にあるという現状を踏まえ、最後に、得られたデータに基づいて具体的な提言を行った。 Our purpose is to examine the current state and problems of children in Severe Motor and Intellectual Disability wards of National Sanatoria. Therefore, we conducted a correlation analysis of the age and the disability situation (evaluation) score among the patients in a certain National Sanatorium. The results indicated that the score of a child with a severe condition was low, and lower the higher his or her age, and the higher the lower his or her age. Moreover, the lower the child had been hospitalization the lower his or her score, while the shorter the stay the higher the score tended to be. In the "Study Committee Concerning the Activation of National Sanatoria" of the National Hospital Organization, it was pointed out that the relative age of such patients was increasing and that patient disabilities were becoming more serious with each passing year. Given the growing need for medical care by children with these serious illnesses, and the consistently foil wards at the National Sanatoria, we made a concrete proposal based on the acquired data to deal with this situation. |
