| الوصف: | 看護基礎教育において生活習慣の乏しい学生の増加が指摘されて久しい。看護をめざそうとしている学生の生活習慣は看護を実践するときに影響を及ぼす。そこで我々は、平成15年度入学の学生に教育活動によって生活習慣が変化することを明らかにしたいと考え、その関連性をみてきた。今回卒業時に調査を行い、3年間での生活習慣の獲得を比較分析した。その結果、入学以前より獲得している項目は、『朝食を欠かさず食べる』や『排泄後の手洗い』『入浴をする』『洗髪をする』などであった。入学してから卒業時までに獲得した項目は、『排泄物の観察』『外出後のうがい』『相手の話を優先して聞く』において有意な差がみられた。このことは教育活動により、専門職として必要なこととして身についたと考えられる。入学時の生活習慣が卒業時に低下していた項目は、『朝食を欠かさず食べる』や『外食を避け自炊している』であり、学生のおかれた状況が影響したと考える。以上のことから、生活習慣の獲得は教育活動と関連していることが示唆された。 In basic nursing education, an increase in students with poor lifestyle habits has been suggested. Lifestyle habits in nursing students influence nursing practice in the future. To clarify changes in lifestyle habits by educational activity in students who entered our college in 2003, we have been evaluating the association between their lifestyle habits and educational activity. In this study, a survey was performed at the time of their graduation to evaluate the acquisition of lifestyle habits during the 3-year period. The habits the students already had before entrance to our college included "have breakfast every day" "wash the hands after excretion", "take a bath", and "shampoo the hair". The habits acquired from entrance to graduation were "observe excretions" as a specialist, "gargle after going out", and "listen to othersAf talk before talking to others"; these items showed significant differences. The habits showing a decrease at graduation compared with entrance were "have breakfast every day" and "cook for oneself avoiding eating out", which may represent the influences of the situation in which students were placed. These results suggested an association between the acquisition of lifestyle habits and educational activity. |
