| الوصف: | 音声知覚は，音響的なボトムアップ処理と意味的文脈からのトップダウン処理の情報を手掛かりに行われている。しかし，様々な状況下において，どちらの処理がより優位になるかについては明らかになっていないことが多い。本研究は，音声知覚における音響的なボトムアップ処理の手掛かりと意味的文脈からのトップダウン処理の手掛かりの優位性を，音声了解度・SN 比・意味的文脈の観点から検討した。その結果，音声了解度が高い場合，音響的なボトムアップ処理を妨害する刺激および意味的文脈からのトップダウン処理は，音声知覚に影響を与えない可能性を確認できた。また，音声了解度の低い場合，ノイズがない時には音響的なボトムアップ処理の手掛かりが優位に働くが，ノイズが大きくなって音声が聞き取りづらくなるほど，意味的文脈からのトップダウン処理の手掛かりが優位に働くことが認められた。したがって，状況によって音声知覚の際に優位になる手掛かりが異なることが明らかになった。 Speech perception involves both bottom-up processing based on acoustic information and top-down processing based on semantic context. However, it is not clear which type of processing is dominant in various situations. The present study investigated the influence of acoustically-based bottom-up processing and semantically-based top-down processing on speech perception, by examining the effects of speech intelligibility, signal-to-noise ratio, and semantic context. Results showed that background noise, which interferes with bottom-up processing, and semantic context, which activates top-down processing, did not influence speech perception when speech intelligibility was high. In addition, when the speech was ambiguous and intelligibility was low, lower signal-to-noise ratio, i.e. greater noise, led to greater dependence on top-down processing. Thus, these results suggest that dominant cues for speech perception vary depending on the situation. |
