| الوصف: | Η καλλιτεχνική εργασία και οι κανόνες που διέπουν τις καλλιτεχνικές αγορές εργασίας αποτελούν γρίφο για όσους ασχολούνται με την κοινωνιολογία των επαγγελμάτων ή με τις κοινωνιολογικές προσεγγίσεις της μισθωτής εργασίας. Ο βασικός προβληματισμός αφορά το εάν και κατά πόσο μπορούμε να κατανοήσουμε την καλλιτεχνική εργασία και τα καλλιτεχνικά επαγγέλματα με τα συνήθη εργαλεία ανάλυσης και ερμηνείας που χρησιμοποιούμε στην περίπτωση άλλων μορφών αμειβόμενης εργασίας. Προκειμένου να εξετάσουμε αυτό το θέμα, στο παρόν άρθρο, θα εστιάσουμε στο επάγγελμα του ηθοποιού στην Ελλάδα, δίνοντας έμφαση στο πώς τα ίδια τα υποκείμενα αντιλαμβάνονται την εργασία τους και το επάγγελμα τους. Αrtistic work and the rules governing artistic labor markets are considered as a puzzle for those concerned with the sociology of professions or sociological approaches of salaried work. The major question is whether artistic work and artistic professions can be perceived with the common instruments and the frameworks of reference, analysis and interpretation which we use in the cases of other types of paid work. To examine this issue in this article we will focus on the actors' profession in Greece, giving emphasis on how the social subjects themselves conceive their work and profession. |
