| الوصف: | Malignant Brenner tumor (MBTs) is a rare histological subtype of epithelial ovarian cancer, accounting for Highlights • Surgical resection is a mainstay of treatment for MBT, similar to other epithelial ovarian carcinomas. • Routine lymph node dissection may be low yield in this patient population. • The benefit of adjuvant treatment after surgery for early-stage disease remains unclear. • Adjuvant platinum-taxane therapy yields favorable progression-free survival relative to other epithelial ovarian carcinomas. • Radiation therapy should be limited to palliation and local disease control. |
