الوصف: Affinity parameters obtained from standard calibration curves of radioimmunoassays (RIA) have been shown to decrease with increasing antibody concentration. A modified binding model was introduced in which not only binding capacity but also affinity was influenced by the antibody concentration. This allows a consistent overall description of RIA standards and titration curves for the characterization of binding assays.
