This study is a cross-country analysis of the effects of ageing workforce on economic performance in 13 OECD member countries. The study investigates the extent to which demographic factors, such as age distribution and retirement patterns, affect economic productivity in different countries. It provides insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with an ageing workforce and its impact on economic productivity. The study also suggests adopting preventive approaches to healthy ageing as the first step to improving the overall health status of the population. |
