الوصف: Structural, electrical, and optical data are used to elucidate the mechanisms of solid-state reactions in thin CdS–Bi2S3 films prepared by spray pyrolysis. The results indicate the formation of substitutional solid solutions and a chemical compound and intercalation of Cd between layers of Bi2S3 .
