الوصف: It is well-known that a non-Foster capacitance can be achieved by negative inversion of ordinary positive capacitor with the virtue of Negative Impedance Converter. Here, we propose an alternative way, based on appropriately modulated time-varying reactive element. The correctness of the basic idea is verified by circuit-theory simulation of time-varying-based non-Foster negative capacitor.
