الوصف: This paper aims to provide effective decision-making suggestions for the Construction of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone by combing the results gotten from it now and analyzing the problems faced by the construction of investment liberalization and facilitation in Chongqing Pilot Free trade zone. At present, investment liberalization and facilitation has become the focus of negotiations in global economic and trade cooperation and the hotspots of concern from all walks of life at home and abroad. After more than one year of construction in the Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone, there are some problems such as too many restrictions items on the negative list, the gap in infrastructure construction, the relative lag of "Internet Plus government service", the slow promotion of "separation of business licenses and government permits" and the low efficiency of investment and construction projects, which have hindered the development of the FTZ, also affected the entry of capital.
