الوصف: | This paper deals with the impact of high-density thermal mass materials of the wall structure on the dynamic characteristics of a multi-layered building envelope during the heat transfer process. Since the final objective is to design the most energy-efficient building, i.e. a building with the lowest heating and cooling energy consumption, it is necessary to achieve good thermal performances of a multi-layered wall. In order to find the optimal wall structure solution with the highest energy-saving potential, different wall structures with different layer thicknesses were analyzed, along with walls of the same structure with different positions of individual thermo insulating layers within the wall. Based on the results presented in this paper, it can be concluded that at walls with similar structures and the same total thickness, but different layer thicknesses that make up the complete structure of the wall, there are differences in delaying external temperature changes on the wall. However, the position of the thermal insulation layer does not significantly affect temperature oscillation amplitude caused by external temperature change. |
