The conception of newly established tribological terms such as ‘Biotribology’, ‘Nanotribology’, and ‘Green tribology’ have emerged to investigate tribological phenomenon while adopting sustainable, green materials/biomaterials for ecological balance, economical stability, and energy savings efficacies. The key strategy is to design and implement bioactive tribo-materials with prerequisite strength and durability requirements. This chapter comprises the tribological analyses of reinforced composites/biocomposites in various wear situations. The later sections of the chapter have included the tribological evaluation natural fibre composites and poly ether ether ketone (PEEK) composites. Appropriateness of these materials for artificial implant and other functionalities have been discussed, wherein biodegradability and natural deliberation delivers an essential social impact.
