Along with retrospection, prospects for the development of biological resources of the Global Ocean are outlined. The authors note that it will be impossible to solve the wide range of tasks associated with the presence of Russia in the Global Ocean and the country’s food security without a fishing fleet and state-of-the-art marine research. |
