| الوصف: | Context. In patients with suspected primary aldosteronism (PA), the aldosteroneto-renin ratio (ARR) is the most frequently recommended screening test. Further evaluation is based on hormonal changes during volume expansion. Both analyses are critically dependent on an accurate estimation of renin concentration.
