الوصف: The pandemic, geopolitical instability, soaring inflation, supply chain issues, turbulent capital markets, and regulatory changes have all contributed to greater economic uncertainty, which has also been reflected in international mergers and acquisitions. Therefore, to get the most out of international transactions, companies must create a suitable work environment and organizational climate that encourages psychological safety and, consequently, contributes to the establishment of trust and cooperation among employees. A psychologically safe work environment encourages a diverse exchange of opinions, facilitates faster learning and innovation, improves productivity, helps in the early detection of risks and problem-solving, and is generally good for the long-term business of companies.
