When there is partial failure or risk of failure in power grid, the redistribution of load in power grid means load transfer. Its necessary to choose the most optimal path from load transfer paths. In this paper, the concept of comprehensive coefficient is added to the load transfer system. The involving equipments parameters are calculated according to certain coefficient. Compare the comprehensive coefficients in these load transfer solutions to choose the optimal path. At the same time, the closed-loop factors are added to the constraint. It can avoid the system running long time with closed loop, and makes sure of which the system runs without power outage when the circuit repairs.
