This study was carried out to determine the effects of microbiological and inorganic fertilizer on the yield, yield components and nodulation of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) in Siirt ecological conditions between 2017 and 2018 years. The trials were laid out in factorial blocks design with three replications. In the study Mesorhizobium ciceri were used as a symbiotic bacterium, Basillus atrophaeus as a nitrogen-fixing bacterium, Basillus GC group as a phosphate solvent, and DAP fertilizer as a inorganic fertilizer. Plant height, fist pod height, number of main branches, number of seconder branches, number of seeds per plant, number of pods per plant, 100-seeds weight, seed yield, biological yield, harvest index, nodule fresh weight and nodule dry weight parameters were examined. According to the results, plant height varied between 52.1-59.3 cm, first pod height between 32.0-38.0 cm, number of main branches per plant between 2.46-3.36, number of seconder branches per plant between 4.03-5.90, number of pod per plant between 16.0-35.3, number of seed per plant between 14.7-33.1, 100-seed weight between 30.3-34.2 g, seed yield between 86.0-174.0 kg/da, biological yield between 247.7-613.7 kg/da, harvest index between 26.3-34.8%, number of nodules per plant between 28.3-44.6, fresh weight of nodules per plant between 1.504-2.507 g, dry weight of nodules per plant between 0.235-0.443 g. The highest seed yield was obtained as 174.0 kg / da in Bacillus atrophaeus (N) + DAP 50% application. |
