Aiming at the problems of strong heterogeneity, injection water breakthrough seriously and low oil production in Bohai oilfield, through laboratory evaluation and analysis, the application of “Gel + PPG” graded combination deep profile control and drive technology in heterogeneous reservoirs with high water cut is studied. The physical and chemical experiments were carried out to evaluate the performance of the gel system in terms of its concentration, thermal stability, gelation strength and injection performance, and the best ratio of polymer to Cr3+ was selected. For pre crosslinked gel particles, the best crosslinking gel particle size and concentration were optimized through the evaluation of its suspension performance, viscoelasticity and injection performance. Aiming at target oilfields, the best combination of graded combination deep profile control and displacement control system is gel system (Polymer: Cr3+ = 180:1, polymer concentration of 3000 mg/L) + pre adhesive gel particle (1200 mg/L). Through the physical simulation experiment, it is concluded that the optimized combination system can greatly improve the recovery of heterogeneous reservoir in high water cut stage, which is 27.3% higher than that of water drive and 12.1% higher than that of polymer drive. At the same time, the field test also shows that the deep profile control and drive technology of graded combination has a broad development prospect in offshore oilfield.
