الوصف: Lead-free piezoelectric () ceramics doped with CuO and were fabricated using the conventional oxide-mixing technique. With increasing content of CuO and , the dielectric constant() and mechanical quality factor() value increased, while electromechanical coupling factor() and piezoelectric constant() decreased. The piezoelectric and dielectric properties () ceramics doped with CuO 2.461 wt% and 0.538 wt% at sintered temperature were attained
