| الوصف: | La correcta trazabilidad de las muestras derivadas de la práctica de las técnicas de reproducción asistida principalmente ovocitos, semen y embriones es esencial, tanto en la reproducción asistida de humanos como de animales de renta. Los sistemas actualmente destinados a mantener identificada la muestra durante su paso por el laboratorio y a preservar dicha trazabilidad presentan ciertas limitaciones. En esta tesis se ha desarrollado un sistema de etiquetaje directo de ovocitos y embriones utilizando microdispositivos codificados de polisilicio que permite mantener la muestra identificada, y por lo tanto trazarla durante todo su procesamiento cubriendo así la mayoría de las limitaciones detectadas en los sistemas actualmente disponibles para esta función. The correct traceability of samples derived from the practice of assisted reproductive technologies mainly oocytes, semen and embryos is essential, both in human and livestock assisted reproduction. Current systems designed to maintain the sampleidentifiedduringallthe laboratory procedures and to preserve its traceability have certain limitations. In this thesis a direct tagging system for oocytes and embryos, using encoded polysilicon microdevices, has been developed. This system keeps the sample identified throughout its processing, allowing its traceability at any time. Thus, the limitations detected in the systems currently available can be overpassed by means of the implementation of the direct tagging system developed here. |
