Bu çalışmada ortalama canlı ağırlıkları 4,35±0,53 g olan çipura (Sparus aurata L.,1758) balıkları, iştah arttırma, sindirim enzimlerinin sekresyonunu arttırıp yemin sindirilebilirliğini ve besinlerin emilimini arttırarak yem dönüşümünü geliştirme özellikleri içeren Guar Hammaddesinin yemlere belli oranlarda katılması ile elde edilen besinlerle beslenmişlerdir. Bu amaçla normal bir ticari çipura yavru yemi kontrol grubu (grup A), bu yeme %5 oranında Guar (meal özellikte ve %40 HP içeren) eklenmesi ile oluşturulan grup (grup B) ve yine %5 oranında Guar (korma özellikte ve %50 HP içeren) eklenmesi ile oluşturulan grup (grup C) oluşturulmuştur. Her bir grup için 250 litre hacminde olan ve üçer tekrar oluşturacak şekilde 9 adet akvaryumdan yararlanılmıştır. Su sirkülasyonu olan bu akvaryumlar içine 50?şer adet balık konulmuştur. Toplam 55 gün süre ile aynı besleme (ad-libitum) oranlarında beslenen balıkların; büyüme performansları, yem dönüşüm oranı (FCR), logaritmik büyüme oranı (SGR), kondüsyon faktörü (CF) incelenmiş ve buna göre gruplar karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda balıklar A, B ve C grupları sırasına göre; 26,87±0,81, 27,32±042 ve 27,96±0,92 g ortalama canlı ağırlığa ulaşmışlardır. Sonuç olarak tekrarlar arasında, gruplar içinde, başlangıç ve sonuç arasındaki farklarda varyans analizi, başlangıç ve sonuç arasındaki farklılıklar için t testi uygulanmıştır. Gruplar arasında homojenlik olmadığı için sonuç verileri için Kruskal-Wallis testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Buna göre B ve C grupları arasında büyük bir fark olmadığı ancak kontrol grubuna göre iki grubunun gelişiminde önemli bir fark olduğu saptanmıştır(P>0,05). Guar Korma ile mortalite daha az ve FCR daha iyi saptanmıştır. Artan yem hammadde fiyatları dikkate alındığında, ucuz, kaliteli ve kolay bulunabilen alternatif hammaddelere gereksinimin arttığı son yıllarda Guar?ın kullanımı önerilebilir. Anahtar kelimeler: Çipura, Sparus aurata, guar, besleme, gelişim performansları In this study, gilt-head bream fish (Sparus aurata L.,1758) weighing about 4,35±0,53 grams have been fed with dry feed, which was obtained by adding Guar in certain proportion as it is known to whet appetite, rise the secretion of the digestive enzymes and improve the dry feed transformation. Therefore, three groups were formed: the control group (Group A) which was fed with regular commercial juvenil gilt-head bream fish dry feed, the second group (Group B) which was fed with the same dry feed but with %5 Guar (having meal features and containing %40 HP), and the third group (Group C) which was fed with the same dry feed but with %5 Guar (having korma features and containing %50 HP). For each group 3 250-litre aquariums (9 in total) in order to have three cycles. In each aquarium, which had water circulation, 50 fish were put. For 55 days, they were fed in the same proportions. Their growth performances, logarithmic growth rate, condition factor, were analysed and the groups were compared accordingly. At the end of the study, the fish in Goup A, B and C respectively reached to a weight of 26,87±0,81, 27,32±042 ve 27,96±0,92 grams. As a result, in between the repetitions, for the differences between the starting and ending point varyans analysis nad for the comperative differences between the groups t test was used. As the groups were not homogenic, the data was analysed using Kruskal-Wallis test. Consequently, it was observed that there was not a major difference between the groups of B and C but there was significant difference in the growth of the fish in group A and B,C (P>0,05). When the increasing dry feed costs are considered Guar can be recomended as as the need for alternative, high-quality, cheap and available dre feed increases.Keywords: Gilt-head bream , Sparus aurata, guar, feeding, growth performances 57 |
