| الوصف: | [CA] Aquest treball proposa el disseny i realització de un fotollibre amb imatges i textos, com format idoni per analitzar i reflectir la vida quotidiana amb ansietat, procurant d’aquesta forma també una teràpia, per lo que el treball es focalitza en la problemàtica i evolució personal. El projecte planteja la documentació i reflexió del dia a dia centrat en l’anàlisi de l’ansietat, per això també es realitza un estudi del propi tema i referents de fotollibres [ES] Este trabajo propone el diseño y realización de un fotolibro con imágenes y textos, como formato idóneo para analizar y reflejar la vida cotidiana con ansiedad, procurando de esta forma también una terapia, por lo que el trabajo se focaliza en la problemática y evolución personal. El proyecto plantea la documentación y reflexión del día a día centrado en el análisis de la ansiedad, para ello también se realiza un estudio del propio tema y referentes de fotolibros. [EN] This project proposes the design and realization of a photobook with images and texts, as an ideal format to analyze and reflect daily life with anxiety, trying in this way that it also serves as therapy, so the work focuses on difficulties and personal evolution. The project proposes documentation and reflection of the day to day focuses on the analysis of anxiety, for this I also carry out a study of the theme itself and references of photobooks. |
