الوصف: | In the technological processes of ground equipment of the launching complexes it is necessary to solve the tasks of adjusting different process variables, namely: temperature, flow rate, level etc. A feature of these processes is long response time inherent in the technological objects of control. Under these conditions multi-position adjusting can be useful when creating the systems of automatic control.The paper considers the principles of multi-position regulators to be used in technological systems of launching complexes. Two ways to create multi-position regulators are shown. The first is to use a set of executive devices, having two stable states, and another offers to use executive devices of integrating action, allowing us to fix the intermediate states. The paper proposes options to build multipoint regulation systems and appropriate algorithms to provide control by executive devices. To describe them, is used a method of transition graphs, allowing to get eventual expressions of managing logic, comparatively simply realized in programmable logical controllers.The results extend the ways to build automatic regulating systems in technological equipment of launching complexes and can be used in the similar facilities for industrial manufacturing. |
