| الوصف: | This paper proposes a reflection on the contributions of Foucault’s theories to conduct research on teacher education. Thus, the central argument developed in this article is that the positions taken by the French philosopher may assist the design of new issues and, therefore, the construction of new ways of thinking about the dilemmas that research object has imposed on researchers in this 21st century . Thus, Foucauldian concepts as discourse, regimes of truth, order of discourse, power, subject, techniques of domination and techniques of the self, governmentality… are used to show some different ways to discuss teacher education as an object of research. Este trabalho propõe uma reflexão sobre como as teorizações feitas pelo filósofo francês Michel Foucault podem contribuir para realizar investigações sobre formação de professores. Assim, o argumento central desenvolvido neste artigo é o de que as posições assumidas pelo filósofo francês podem auxiliar na elaboração de novas questões e, portanto, na construção de novas formas de pensar sobre os dilemas que esse objeto de pesquisa tem imposto aos pesquisadores neste século XXI. Nestes termos, conceitos foucaultianos como discurso, regimes de verdade, ordem do discurso, poder, sujeito, técnicas de dominação e técnicas de si, governamentalidade... são usados para mostrar algumas maneiras diferentes de discutir a formação de professores como um objeto de pesquisa. |
