Background: The titer of isohemagglutinins in patient is a very important factor for success of incompatible organ transplantation. The goal of isohemagglutinin titer to prevent rejection is variable across transplantation centers, depending of the method, ranging from ≤ 1:2 to ≤ 1:32 before transplantation. So, screening for high titer of antibodies could reduce the risk of adverse reaction. There are several options for the measurement of isohemagglutinin titer. Conventional tube method has some disadvantages because technical variables greatly affect the results. Gel column method is technically much simpler and test results are more balanced. Aim: The aim of this study is determination of differences in test sensitivity of both methods using regression analysis
