مستخلص: This article proposes a fusion and application method of multisource twin data based on labels and ontology (i.e., digital twin portrait) aiming to improve the matching of the value cohesion and demand situation of twin data of flexible manufacturing lines (FML). First, a multisource data fusion framework and a multidimension index system are established to meet the management requirements of FML. The hierarchical and orderly organization of twin data is realized through mapping from data to labels. Second, two label integration schemes, namely object fusion and topic aggregation, are proposed to complete the mapping from labels to portraits. Then, based on the construction of the ontology knowledge base of “situation to portrait,” an intelligent matching strategy between the demand situation and the digital twin portrait is proposed. Finally, two application scenarios of digital twin portrait are proposed, that is, performance monitoring and preventive maintenance for FML, and a case study is investigated. The establishment of “digital twin portrait” aims to realize the labeling, black-box presentation, and on-demand call of data value, which is achieved through regular filtering and reorganization of multisource twin data of manufacturing lines. This provides intelligent decision support for FML management.
