مستخلص: ANKHD1 is a multiple ankyrin repeats containing protein, highly expressed in cancers, such as acute leukemia. Earlier studies showed that ANKHD1 is highly expressed and plays important role in proliferation and cell cycle progression of multiple myeloma (MM) cells. It was also observed that ANKHD1 downregulation modulates cell cycle gene expression and upregulates p21 irresepective of TP53mutational status of MM cell lines.
