مستخلص: The article shows identification of Canine distemper virus (CDV) in potential infected dogs, where they were evaluated using hemi-nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RFLP) and genetic characterization. The study was performed on 86 sampled dogs, where they were studied using the mentioned methods for respiratory, gastrointestinal and neurological symptoms. Results showed that RFLP can simplify evaluation of CDV strains on affected dogs.
