The article presents a study that investigates the pathogenecity of entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana against the adult species of various aphids. The study is undertaken through the user of ventilated plastic jars where the aphid species are placed with the Brassica leaves. The aphids' natural control agents were also treated with B. bassiana along with similar concentrations of fungi, which are kept in petri plates. The study is undertaken through a Completely Randomized Design with four treatments and each treatment were replicated five times. The results of the study reveal that the entomopathogenic virulence potentials against the aphid populations is different for various isolated. |
