The article presents a study that compares the yield of the endometrial sampling techniques of Endosampler and Pipelle in patients undergoing hysterectomy. It notes that 68 patients were randomly assigned to undergo endometrial sampling using the Endosample or the Pipelle sampler as the acceptance from gynaecologists was also measured through linear scale. Results support the importance of the Endosampler as an easy-to-use device for endometrial sampling, with reliable diagnostic yield. |
