مستخلص: The article focuses on the discovery of a Neolithic flint mine in the Netherlands. The flint, which is harder than steel, is considered to be a unique form of silica. The flint-mining site was the place where Neolithic miners work some 5000 years ago. The site was discovered in 1881 and was finally excavated in detail by a group of archaeologists. Other archaeologists from Belgium and France had also worked in the excavation of the flint-mining site.
