مستخلص: The article reports on the occupational respiratory allergy caused by sensitization to pig albumin and y-globulin. Serum albumins from many species have been reported to be aeroallergen and to cause respiratory cross-sensitization to the corresponding species. Immunoblot-inhibition assays were performed with pork meat and pig-gut soaking water and, as inhibitors, albumin from pigs and c-globulin from cats and pigs.
