| Abstract (English): |
This research dealt with a study of a valuable and very valuable book - investigated and served at the Islamic University in Gaza City in the doctoral program - by the great Imam Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi who died in the year (198 AH) and its title: (The Copyer and the Abrogated) - Qasim bin Asbagh on the authority of Muhammad bin Waddah on the authority of Musa bin Muawiyah Samadhi on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Mahdi. And the book has nothing but a unique and precious copy transmitted from a copy owned by the Commander of the Faithful Abdullah bin Abd al-Rahman al-Andalusi, and the fate of this copy became the family of the Turkish Mufti Suleiman bin Mustafa Effendi, who inherited it to his daughter Amina, who endowed the copy for God Almighty and for the sake of the children and grandchildren, as it was written in her hand. Among the most prominent results that appeared were the existence of books by Imam Ibn Mahdi, the validity of the book’s attribution to him, the knowledge of his sheikhs in this book, and the number of narrations he narrated from them, as well as the narrations that were quoted from Ibn Mahdi, which are in this book. تناول هذا البحث دراسة لكتاب نفيس وقيم جدا - يُحقق ويخدم في الجامعة الإسلامية بمدينة غزة في برنامج الدكتوراه للإمام الكبير عبد الرحمن بن مهدي المتوفى سنة (198) وعنوانه: (الناسخ والمنسوخ) - رواية قاسم بن أصبغ عن محمد بن وضاح عن موسى بن معاوية الصُّمَادِحِي عن عبد الرحمن بن مهدي؛ والكتاب ليس له إلا نسخة فريدة نفيسة منقولة عن نسخة مملوكة لأمير المؤمنين عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن الأندلسي، ومآلات هذه النسخة صارت إلى عائلة المفتي التركي سليمان بن مصطفى أفندي الذي ورثها لابنته أمينة، والتي أوقفت النسخة لله عزوجل ثم "ولأصلح الأبناء والأحفاد" كما كتبت بيدها. ومن أبرز النتائج التي ظهرت وجود كتب للإمام ابن مهدي، وصحة نسبة الكتاب له، ومعرفة شيوخه في هذا الكتاب وعدد المرويات التي رواها عنهم، كذلك المرويات التي نقلت عن ابن مهدي وهي في هذا الكتاب.
