| Abstract (English): |
The research aimed to identify the role of culture in developing the educational process, as culture plays an important role in bringing about educational change and reform, and that any initiative to reform and develop education must focus fundamentally on the prevailing culture and create a qualitative shift in it, especially since culture plays a decisive role in the desired reform in Educational and pedagogical practices, achieving educational effectiveness, the ability to improve the quality of educational outcomes, and the need to take into account that the prevailing culture is either positive that motivates the development of performance within educational institutions or negative that hinders most approaches to change... The research relied on the descriptive method due to its suitability to the nature of the study. The research resulted in some mechanisms for developing the educational process through culture, the most important of which are: 1. Encouraging employees to accept change and improve the teaching and learning environment. 2. Creating a good climate encourages the establishment of relationships and cooperation between employees. 3. Spreading collective values and standards. 4. The ability to communicate and continue working without regard to subsequent variables. 5. Individuals collectively determine the path that educational institutions will take. 6. Use modern methods to complete work and not through the formal hierarchy. 7. Focus on the professional development of employees, and cooperatively participate in professional practices to develop their performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدف البحث إلى التعرف علي دور الثقافة في تطوير العملية التعليمية حيث تقوم الثقافة بدور مهم في إحداث التغيير والإصلاح التربوي، وأن أي مبادرة لإصلاح التعليم وتطويره لابد وأن تركز بشكل جوهري علي الثقافة السائدة وإحداث نقلة نوعية فيها خاصة وأن الثقافة تلعب دور حاسم في الإصلاح المأمول في الممارسات التعليمية والتربوية ، وتحقيق الفاعلية التعليمية ، والقدرة علي الارتقاء بجودة مخرجات التعليم ، وضرورة الأخذ في الاعتبار أن الثقافة السائدة إما أن تكون إيجابية محفزة لتطوير الأداء داخل المؤسسات التعليمية أو سلبية معيقة لمعظم مداخل التغيير واعتمد البحث علي المنهج الوصفي نظراً لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة وأسفر البحث عن بعض الآليات لتطوير العملية التعليمية من خلال الثقافة، من أهمها : 1. تشجيع العاملين علي تقبل التغيير وتحسين بيئة التعليم والتعلم. . إيجاد مناخ جيد يشجع علي إقامة العلاقات والتعاون بين العاملين نشر القيم والمعايير التي تتسم بالجماعية. ٤. القدرة على التواصل والاستمرار في العمل دون اعتبار للمتغيرات المتلاحقة ه. يحدد الأفراد وبشكل جماعي الطريق التي سوف تسير عليه المؤسسات التعليمية ٦. استخدام الأساليب الحديثة لإنجاز الأعمال وليس عن طريق الهرمية الرسمية التركيز علي التطوير المهني للعاملين ، والمشاركة في الممارسات المهنية بشكل تعاوني لتطوير أداءهم.
