Abstract (English): |
With the high-speed development of the urban rail transit, the business subjects begin to change from manufacturing to maintenance and the concern on comprehensive cost of product change from manufacturing cost to life cycle cost. Based on the huge proportion of the maintenance cost in the life cycle cost of the urban rail transit, building a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) system has become an important way to continually optimize the maintenance cost for the moment. Compared with the RCM analysis simply relying on off-line data, now along with the digital and intelligent construction of the urban rail transit, an intelligent RCM platform can be built based on digitalization to integrate design, production, manufacturing, operation and maintenance and realize the interaction of life cycle data. The digital platform can not only provide the basic RCM analysis function, but also support users to progressively confirm the repair strategy and make the multidimensional qualitative analysis and the multidimensional quantitative evaluation and analysis. Based on digitalization, it can establish a management system integrating data, personnel and system so as to provide users with better middle and long-term repair strategy, and finally, comprehensively reduce the life cycle cost (LCC) of the urban rail transit and promote the construction of the "system+" system. 随着城市轨道交通的高速发展, 业务主体开始由制造逐渐向检修转变, 对于产品综合成本 考虑也从制造成本向全寿命周期成本转变。基于检修费用在城市轨道交通全生命周期的巨大占比, 建 立以可靠性为中心的检修 (RCM) 体系成为了目前不断优化检修成本的重要方式。而相对于以往单纯 依靠线下的 RCM 分析, 目前随着城市轨道交通数字化、智能化建设, 以数字化为基础, 搭建智能化 RCM 检修平台, 可以综合从设计、生产、制造、运营、维护实现全生命周期数据的交互。数字化平台不仅 能够提供基础的 RCM 分析功能, 还能支持用户逐步确认维修策略进行多维度定性分析、多维度量化的 评估分析, 以数字化为基础, 建立数据、人员、制度综合管理体系, 从而为用户提供更优的中长期维修策 略, 最终综合降低城市轨道交通全寿命周期成本 (LCC), 推动“系统+”体系建设。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
