Objective: To investigate the relationship between macrophage activation related factors and clinical symptoms of schizophrenia (SCZ). Methods: Outpatient or inpatient SCZ patients (n = 166) and normal controls (n=71) meeting the diagnostic criteria of DSM 4th edition were selected as subjects. The psychopathological symptoms were assessed by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), and the concentrations of α-NaGalases, MAF and IL-18 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The correlation between biological indicators and clinical symptoms was analyzed and the mediation effect was tested. Results: The concentrations of α-NaGalases (P<0.001) and MAF (P<0.01) in SCZ group were lower than those in normal control group. In SCZ group, IL-18 was negatively correlated with α-NaGalases concentration (r=0.24, P < 0.01). α-NaGalases was positively correlated with MAF concentration (r=0.67, P <0.001), and the total score of PANSS positive symptom scale was positively correlated with IL-18 (r=0. 21, P<0.05) and MAF concentration (r=0. 22, P < 0.01). The mediating effect of α-NaGalases and MAF was statistically significant, and the relative mediating effect accounted for 25.47%. Conclusion: The increase of IL-18 level may indicate the occurrence of positive symptoms of schizophrenia, and α-NaGalases and MAF may negatively regulate the inflammatory damage effect of IL-18 on SCZ, thereby reducing the positive symptoms. 目的:探讨巨噬细胞活化相关因子与精神分裂症 (SCZ) 临床症状的关系。方法:选取符合 α - 精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版诊断标准的门诊或住院 SCZ 患者 (n=166) 和正常对照( n=71) 为对象。 采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估患者精神病理症状, 用酶联免疫吸附法实验 (ELISA) NaGalases, MAF 和 IL-18 浓度。分析生物学指标和临床症状的相关性并进行中介效应检验。结果: SCZ 组 α-NaGalases (P<0.001) 和 MAF (P<0.01) 浓度低于正常对照组。SCZ组中, IL-18与 α -NaGalases 浓 度 (r=-0.24, P<0.01)负相关; α -NaGalases与 MAF 浓度 (r=0.67, P<0.001), PANSS 阳性症状量 表总分与 IL-18 (r=0.21, P<0.05)、MAF浓度(r=0.22, P<0.01)正相关。α-NaGalases 和 MAF 的中 介效应有统计学意义, 相对中介效应占比 25.47%。结论:IL-18水平升高可能提示精神分裂症阳性症状的 发生, α-NaGalases 和MAF可能会负性调节 IL-18 对 SCZ 的炎性损伤作用, 从而代偿性缓解阳性症状。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
