Millions of people throughout the world are afflicted by the progressive neurological ailment causing cognitive and behavioral impairments. One of the most significant challenges for caregivers of Alzheimer's patients is monitoring and managing the patients' behavioral symptoms, such as wandering and agitation. Wearable devices, such as smart watches, have the potential to assist in monitoring and managing these symptoms by providing real-time data and alerts to caregivers. This research paper explores the efficacy of smart watch wearable devices in monitoring and managing the behavioral symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. The report offers a thorough analysis of the studies that have looked into the application of smart watches in Alzheimer's care. According to the studies, smart watches can efficiently measure patients physical activity, monitor behavioral problems, and aid in location tracking. This research paper focused on the design and development of a smart wearable device specifically customized for Alzheimer's patients.
