Abstract (English): This paper addresses the deficiencies in the current chemical engineering talent training system by leveraging virtual simulation technology. Guided by the principles of "integration of virtual and real, mutual enhancement, and practicality over mere simulation", we propose the establishment of an "open" and "one-stop" threetiered experimental practice platform encompassing "professional teaching, scientific research, and employment practice". This platform aims to provide a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application through virtual resources, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of simulation-based teaching, boosting comprehensive practical skills, and cultivating versatile application-oriented talents in chemistry and chemical engineering.
