| Abstract (English): |
A problem in all branches of higher education is how to incorporate the latest results of scientific research into education. This is also true for the relationship between law enforcement psychology and law enforcement higher education. The task is twofold. On the one hand, it is necessary to find the educational methods that can be used to develop the appropriate professional personality, to ensure staff retention, and the conditions for dynamic safety. In this context, new, creative methods are needed in law enforcement higher education, which aligns the needs and opportunities of the generation entering education with both the quantity and quality of the information to be acquired. A felsőoktatás minden ágában jelentkező probléma, hogy a tudományos kutatás legújabb eredményei miként építhetők be az oktatásba. Igaz ez a rendészeti pszichológia és a rendészeti felsőoktatás kapcsolatrendszerére is. A feladat kettős. Egyfelől meg kell találni azokat az oktatási módszereket, amelyekkel ki lehet alakítani a megfelelő szakmai személyiséget, biztosítani lehet az állomány megtartását, valamint a dinamikus biztonság feltételeit. Ezzel összefüggésben új, kreatív módszerekre van szükség a rendészeti felsőoktatásban, amelyek az oktatásba belépő generáció igényeit és lehetőségeit összhangba hozzák a megszerzendő információ mennyiségével és minőségével egyaránt.
