Abstract (English): In order to improve the catalytic performance of HZSM-5 zeolite in the coupling conversion of methanol and butylene to propylene, B-HZSM-5 catalyst containing heteroatomic boron was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. The reactivity and regeneration performance of B-HZSM-5 catalyst in the coupling conversion of methanol and butene to propylene were investigated. The fresh and regenerated catalysts was characterized by XRD, SEM, N₂ isothermal adsorption-desorption, NH3-TPD and Py-IR. The coke deposited on the used catalysts was characterized by TG and XPS. The results show that B-HZSM-5 catalyst shows higher propylene yield, better stability and carbon resistance than HZSM-5. Compared with HZSM-5, the specific surface area and pore volume of B-HZSM-5 increase, the amount of weak and medium acid sites increases, the strong acid sites amount decreases, the ratio of B acid sites to L acid sites decreases. With the increase of regeneration times, both the specific surface area and pore volume of B-HZSM-5 catalyst decrease, the amount and strength of acid sites decrease, the reactivity of the catalyst decreases, whereas the stability is improved. Abstract (Chinese): 为进一步提高HZSM-5分子筛在甲醇与丁烯耦合转化制丙烯反应中的催化性能, 采用水热合成法制备含杂原 子硼的B-HZSM-5催化剂, 考察B-HZSM-5催化剂在甲醇与丁烯耦合转化制丙烯的反应和再生性能, 采用XRD (X 射线衍射) 、SEM (扫描电子显微镜) 、N2等温吸附-脱附、NH-TPD (氨-程序升温脱附) 和Py-IR (吡啶红外光谱) 对新 鲜和再生的催化剂进行表征, 并采用TG (热重分析) 和XPS (X射线光电子能谱) 对反应后B-HZSM-5催化剂上的积 碳进行表征。结果表明: B-HZSM-5 催化剂比HZSM-5具有更高的丙烯收率、更好的稳定性和抗积碳性能。与 HZSM-5相比, B-HZSM-5的比表面积和孔体积增加, 弱酸和中强酸的酸量增加, 强酸量减少, B酸与L酸之比降低。 随着再生次数的增加, B-HZSM-5催化剂的比表面积和孔体积降低, 酸量和酸强度均降低, 催化剂的反应活性下降, 而稳定性有所提高。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
