The 2.0 concept of Macis in Leipzig offers a modern alternative to traditional pastries such as the Leipzig lark. The company, which includes a pastry shop, bakery, café, restaurant, and market with an organic seal, was saved by the managing partner Nancy Naumann-Hirt after insolvency. Macis' range includes a variety of baked goods, including marble and lemon cakes, vegan crumble cakes, macarons, and granola.
