Abstract (English): To explore the effect of Chlortetracycline, a new pollutant, on the performance and mechanism of aerobic granular sludge (AGS) treating livestock and poultry wastewater. This work analyzed the effect of Chlortetracycline on nutrients in AGS treatment by controlling the concentration of Chlortetracycline in influent water under moderate temperature conditions, explored the effect of Chlortetracycline on the characteristics of AGS sludge, and revealed the mechanism of Chlortetracycline affecting AGS from a microbiological perspective by means of high-throughput sequencing technology. The results showed that Chlortetracycline was dose-dependent on the operation of AGS, and more than 0.2 mg/L of Chlortetracycline significantly reduced the removal of pollutants and nutrients from AGS. A high dose of Chlortetracycline increased the content of extracellular polymer (EPS), promoted the concentration of protein and polysaccharide in EPS, and increased PN/PS. A high dose of Chlortetracycline reduced the activity of dehydrogenase in AGS, thus reducing the removal of pollutants and nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients. Microbiological analysis showed that Chlortetracycline reduced the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes at the phylum level, and the relative abundance of Paracoccus, Lactococcus and Thauera at the genus level. The research results provide some data support and a theoretical basis for AGS to treat wastewater containing Chlortetracycline. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 为了探究新污染物金霉素对好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)处理畜禽养殖废水运行效能的影响及作用机制。本工作在中温条件下通过控制进水金霉素浓度,分析了金霉素对AGS处理畜禽养殖废水过程中污染物及营养盐去除的影响,探究了金霉素对AGS污泥特征影响,并借助高通量测序技术从微生物学角度揭示了金霉素影响AGS的作用机制。结果表明,金霉素对AGS运行具有剂量依赖性,超过0.2 mg/L金霉素显著降低了AGS对污染物及营养盐的去除。高剂量金霉素提高了胞外聚合物(EPS)含量,促进了EPS内蛋白质(PN)及多糖(PS)的浓度,并提高了PN/PS。高剂量金霉素降低了AGS内脱氢酶的活性从而降低污染物及氮磷营养盐的去除。微生物学分析表明金霉素降低了门级别Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes的相对丰度及属级别上Paracoccus、Lactococcus和Thauera的相对丰度。研究结果为AGS处理含金霉素废水提供了一定的数据支撑与理论依据。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
