| Abstract (English): |
Universities seek to invest in the energies and capabilities of young people through their participation in various student activities, as student activities focus on developing relationships and social values through Cognitive sharing among them. The current study aimed at: Determining the level of Cognitive sharing (Cognitive transfer - Cognitive exchange - Cognitive transfer) in student activities among university students, Determining the level of leadership skills (human-technical-subjective-intellectual) among university students, and Determining the correlation between the level of Cognitive sharing in the student activities and the development of leadership skills among university student, In addition to arriving at proposed procedural mechanisms from the perspective of community organization method to the development of leadership skills among university student. The study belonged to the pattern of descriptive studies, the study was based on: The use of the descriptive approach by using the social survey method in the sample method, and the results concluded: There is a positive correlational relationship statistically significant between Cognitive sharing in student activities and the development of leadership skills among university students. The study recommended the need to urge Cognitive sharing in student activities among university students. تسعى الجامعات إلى استثمار طاقات وقدرات الشباب من خلال مشاركتهم في الأنشطة الطلابية المختلفة، حيث تركز الأنشطة الطلابية على تنمية العلاقات والقيم الاجتماعية من خلال التشارك المعرفي فيما بينهم. فقد هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى التشارك المعرفي نقل المعرفة - تبادل المعرفة - تحويل المعرفة في ممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية للشباب الجامعي، وتحديد مستوى المهارات القيادية (إنسانية - فنية - ذاتية - فكرية للشباب الجامعي، وتحديد العلاقة الارتباطية بين مستوى التشارك المعرفي في ممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية والمهارات القيادية للشباب الجامعي، بالإضافة إلى التوصل إلى آليات إجرائية مقترحة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية المهارات القيادية للشباب الجامعي، وقد انتمت الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية، واستندت الدراسة إلى استخدام المنهج الوصفي باستخدام طريقة المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب العينة، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين التشارك المعرفي في ممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية وتنمية المهارات القيادية للشباب الجامعي، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الحث على التشارك المعرفي في ممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية، وعقد البرامج والأنشطة التدريبية لتنمية المهارات القيادية للشباب الجامعي [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
