| Abstract (Chinese): |
目的 分析急诊静脉输液患者应用护理风险管理的效果。 方法 将 2019 年 3 月至 2020 年 6 月在海军军医大 学第一附属医院急诊科接受静脉输液治疗的 96 例患者纳入研究并进行回顾性分析,根据护理方法的不同将其分为 对照组和观察组。 对照组 48 例患者予以常规护理,观察组 48 例患者在常规护理的基础上予以护理风险管理。 比较 2 组患者的穿刺质量、输液相关不良事件和患者对护理的满意率。 结果 观察组的一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺无痛率、 固定无松脱率及拔针无淤青率均高于对照组(P 均 < 0. 05),医疗纠纷率低于对照组(P < 0. 05)。 相比于对照组,观 察组的不良事件总发生率更低(P < 0. 05),护理满意率更高(P < 0. 05)。 结论 将护理风险管理应用于急诊静脉输 液患者,能够提高穿刺质量,有效降低不良事件发生风险,促进护理满意率提升。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
