Abstract (English): This research was focuses on image recognition technology; using 3D vision modules and simple mechanism design. It can capture and automatically measure the body length, width, heigh and weight of calves, when they enter the feeding area, and to create a space through a composite calculation mechanism. Matrix and image size correspondences are used to construct information on the body shape characteristics of the calf with a weight sensor and an automatic feeding machine. We had established a set of suitable for calves feeding management system. The body posture data of calves were obtained through image recognition technology. Data analysis was used to establish a correlation model between cattle with difierent milk consumption, and visualization was achieved through networking technology. This system provides anthropomorphic suggestions based on feeding experience as an important reference for improving feeding efficiency in calves. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 本研究以影像辨識技術(image recognition)為主, 運用3D視覺模組(3D vision module) 搭配簡易的機木尊設計, 撷取小牛進入餵飼區時自動量測其體長、體寬、體高及體重, 經由 複合式演算機制建立空間矩陣及影像尺寸對應, 建構小牛體型特徵資訊, 搭配重量感測器 (weightsensor)及自動餵飼機。建立一組適用於小牛的飼養管理系統(feedingmanagement system) 通過影像辨識技術獲取小牛的體態數據, 利用數據分析建立了不同飲奶量牛隻之 間的關聯性模型, 並通過聯網技術實現了可視化介面的餵飼管理系統, 提供擬人化建議, 作為提升小牛餵養效率的重要參考依據。.
