| Abstract (English): |
Probiotics are live microorganisms that provide benefits for intestinal health and microbiota balance in animals. They are additives that are regularly supplemented in the diet of Broiler chickens and the positive effect on their intestinal villi such as structure and height, longer and healthier villi with a greater potential for nutrient absorption, which can contribute to better performance. However, their responses vary depending on factors such as: origin and composition of the probiotic, inclusion levels, feeding phase, age of the birds, diet composition, among others. There is no report in the literature on the conclusive effect of the use of probiotics in the feeding of broiler chickens, particularly on intestinal morphometry. The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic multicriteria method for the detection of mechanisms of action of probiotics on the intestinal health of broiler chickens. Los probióticos son microorganismos vivos que proporcionan beneficios para la salud intestinal y el equilibrio de la microbiota en los animales. Son aditivos que regularmente se suplementan en la dieta de pollos Broiler y se ha demostrado el efecto positivo en las vellosidades intestinales de los mismos como estructura y altura, vellosidades más largas y saludables con un mayor potencial de absorción de nutrientes, lo que puede contribuir a un mejor rendimiento. Sin embargo, sus respuestas varían dependiendo de factores como son: origen y composición del probiótico, niveles de inclusión, fase de alimentación, edad de las aves, composición de la dieta, entre otras. No existe reporte en la literatura sobre el efecto concluyente del uso de probió-ticos en la alimentación de pollos Broiler, particularmente sobre la morfometría intestinal. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un método multicriterio neutrosófico para la detección de mecanismos de acción de los probióticos en la salud intestinal de pollos Broiler.
