In the reverse flotation of calcium & magnesium-bearing phosphate ore, selective inhibition of fluorapatite is crucial for efficient separation by flotation.In this study, the impact of Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid (ATMP) on the flotation behavior of fluorapatite and dolomite together with its selective inhibition mechanism was studied using such methodologies as pure mineral flotation, FTIR spectroscopy, XPS analysis, Zeta potential measurement, and Bubble-Particle Wrap Angle testing. The results demonstrated that ATMP is likely to depress the floating of fluorapatite while having a limited impact on dolomite. ATMP presents higher adsorption capability because of the selectivity on the surface of fluorapatite than dolomite. It is found that chemisorption exhibited by ATMP reacting with Ca atom on the surface of fluorapatite as the occupation of Ca sites is lowering the adsorption of NaOL which results in the inhibition of fluorapatite and a decrease of its floatability. 钙镁质磷矿反浮选过程中,氟磷灰石的选择性抑制是实现高效浮选分离的前提。通过单矿物浮选试验、 FTIR分析、XPS 测试、Zeta 电位测试和气泡-颗粒黏附动力学 (BPWA) 测试等手段,研究了氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)对氟磷灰石和白云石浮选行为的影响及其选择性抑制机理,结果表明: ATMP 会抑制氟磷灰石上浮,但对白云石 的抑制作用有限; ATMP 在氟磷灰石表面的吸附作用大于白云石,更倾向于选择吸附在氟磷灰石表面; ATMP 主要与 氟磷灰石表面的 Ca 原子作用,表现为化学吸附,占据 Ca 位点后降低了油酸钠 (NaOL) 的吸附作用,导致氟磷灰石被 抑制,可浮性降低 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
