مستخلص: |
Carbonate nodules were recovered by gravity coring during a complex research expedition conducted in the Sea of Japan aboard the R/V Akademik Oparin (cruise 61), which were identified as pseudomorphs after ikaite (glendonite). This article presents the results of electron-probe analysis and tomography studies of authigenic carbonates and describes gas-geochemical features of host sediments along the continental slope of the Sea of Japan and in the Tatar Strait.
