| Abstract (English): |
The aim of the research is to design an electronic evaluation program supported by feedback and to know its effect on the validity of the decisions of kata referees in the sport of karate. Al-Riyadi (2022-2023) (40) forty referees of the third degree, the branches of Minya and Dakahlia, The most important findings of the two researchers were that the electronic program for arbitration positions led to an improvement in the level of arbitration decisions for kata referees in karate. presented, and the cognitive aspect of the electronic program helped in improving the ability of the judges to understand the rules for evaluating sports movement and determining the goal of each skill, as the goal of the skill is one of the most important determinants of judging it, The judges were able to distinguish between the techniques that are performed correctly and the techniques in which the player uses the use of sound effects and that are performed incorrectly "incomplete" - failure to block - striking away from the target - the presence of excessive movements - the error in the motor path - the movement does not start from Its correct place is "the failure to achieve the stages of the movement of the motor duty of the skill - asynchronous movement - the failure to perform the movement in perfect harmony among the collective kata players." perfect "performance perfection". The researchers recommended taking advantage of the electronic program to raise the level of the referees' performance, and applying the electronic program to a larger segment and different samples of the referees, and suggested amending the promotion tests for the referees and using this study. ىدف البحث إلي تصميم برنامج إلكتروني تقويمي مدعم بالتغذية الرجعية ومعرفة تأثيره عمى صحة القرارات لدى حكام كاتا في رياضة الكاراتيو، واستخدم الباحثان المنيج التجريبي باستخدام التصميم التجريبي ذو القياس القبمي والبعدى لمجموعة تجريبية واحدة، عمى عينة عمدية من حكام الدرجة الثالثة العاممين والمقيدين باإلتحاد المصري لمكاراتيو لمموسم الرياضي)-2222 2222()02( أربعون حكم من الدرجة الثالثة فرعي المنيا والدقيمية . وكان اىم النتائج التي توصل الييا الباحثان أن البرنامج اإللكتروني لممواقف التحكيمية أدى إلى تحسين مستوى القرارات التحكيمية لحكام الكاتا في الكاراتيو، البرنامج اإللكتروني المستخدم ضم مجموعة من الجمل والمقاطع الحركية المتنوعة والكثيرة، وفرت لمحكم رؤية متنوعو لمكاتات وفيم اكثر لمعايير تقييم الكاتا وتحسين مستوى الفيم لمحاالت التحكيميو المعروضة ، وساعد الجانب المعرفي لمبرنامج اإللكتروني في تحسين قدرة الحكام عمي استيعاب قواعد تقويم الحركة الرياضية ستطاع كم عمييا، وا ُ وتحديد اليدف من كل ميارة، إذ يعتبر ىدف الميارة من أىم محددات الح الحكام أن يميزوا بين التكنيكات التي تؤدى بصورة صحيحة و بين التكنيكات التي يستخدم فييا الالعب استعمال المؤثرات الصوتية والتي تؤدى بصورة غير صحيحة " غير كاممة – الفشل في الضرب بعيدا - وجود حركات زائدة - الخطأ في المسار الحركي – عدم بداية ً الصد – عن اليدف الحركة من مكانيا الصحيح "عدم تحقيق مراحل الحركة لمواجب الحركي لمميارة - حركة غير متزامنة – الفشل في القيام بالحركة في إنسجام تام بين العبي الكاتا الجماعي"، كما إستطاع الحكام أن يميزوا المستوي المناسب ألداء الكاتا من بين المستوى ضعيف "األداء مع وجود تناقضات"، حتي المستوى المثالي "الكمال المثالي في األداء"، وأوصى الباحثان باالستفادة من البرنامج اإللكتروني لالرتقاع بمستوى أداء الحكام، وتطبيق البرنامج االلكتروني عمى شريحة اكبر وعينات مختمفة من الحكام، واقترحا تعديل اختبارات الترقي الخاصة بالحكام واالستعانة بيذه الدراسة.
